It will ruin the game...very soon it will ruin the game.
All raids should be cheese-proof.
Bungie needs to step up their dev game ASAP!
You know you have struck a chord when ninjas show up, Hahahaha... Didn't think scrubs would be this upset still at anti cheesers.
Don't want to argue about what is and is not a cheese tactic. I am just tired of getting invites for cheesing crota, and getting into raid teams that cheese the whole raid... Lamps, bridge, skip to crota cp then pull the plug.
I actually enjoy this game and like challenges. The hardest challenge now is finding a legit raid team.

1 返信You can take all the cheese out of the game and people will still find a way to find the cheese. So carry on with the game.

I do agree that more testing should be done to ensure the Raids/Strikes are cheese-proof, why should you fault other players for using these exploits when found? Cheesing a boss is no different than speeding when there are no police or traffic in front of you. People will exploit things in life if they can find an easier and relatively harmless way to do it. When the game is about grinding, it gets old fast and after beating the Raid the "real" way a few times, you cannot fault players for getting annoyed and wanting to do it faster so they can go do a different activity. I do think cheesing Crota by pulling the cord is stupid and actually takes longer than beating him "legit". About the lamps and bridge... those are clever ways around the game mechanics... so what if you have a hunter go invisible while taking a side road around the lamps and hide from the knights and ogres? About the bridge, it could have been easily programmed that you have to cross the bridge in order to clear it. This was just bad code that people can beat it without actually doing anything. Again, people find these things by accident... who knew self res can cause everything to despawn around you? Could have been prevented during the testing process.

1 返信Beat Crota twice tonight. First group wanted to cheese, second group didn't. The group that didn't cheese took Crota out first try. Five minute fight instead of the hour the "cheeser" group took. I'm all for "play how you want to play." It doesn't bother me at all that people want to cheese the fight. For me though, the straight up fight was so much cooler and lots more fun.

1 返信It's a game. Period. When you start paying taxes and watch people cheesing in real life on your hard earned dime I think you'll understand how insignificant this topic is.

6 通の返信The only time that another person's activities ruin something for yourself is because you allow it to. If you got a hundred bucks bonus from your boss you would be stoked right? Now let's say the next day you find out a different employee got a 200 dollar bonus. Would you still be as happy as you were with your hundred dollars? The only difference now is that you know that someone else got 200. If you never found out then you would be just as happy with your 100 dollars, so why does knowing what other people have cause you angst? Enjoy your game your way, don't compare yourself to others, and do not define your happiness and enjoyment on a measuring scale which takes anything into account other than that which is within yourself.

1 返信Lol it does nothing to anyone else's game play. Doesn't mess with anything. It's cheap and easy and takes no skill sure. But not ruining anything

65 通の返信I agree. The same should be true with the strikes as well. The people able to complete them on the hardest difficulty should be restricted to the absolute best players there are, not anyone who hides in a hole with an Icebreaker.

2 通の返信Here's my outlook on the people who dislike cheesers... y'all dislike that there's an alternative way of doing something. So just because you don't partake in it, you think it should be like that for everyone. But on another hand, y'all enjoy breaking into DLC locations. Busting through Destiny's boundaries and invisible walls. I feel as though that's not right, I feel as though that should be seen when the DLC comes out but we're gonna do things the way we want to do it. /rantover

2 通の返信When a new cheese is found, bungie should stop the raid until they fix it... It's very annoying to see noobs with weapons from Crota..

2 通の返信Honestly i think people should quit bitching about this whole cheesing thing. If players want to cheese let them. Other players cheesing destiny bosses in no way shape or form it effects your gaming experience. People used cheat codes all the time in other video games such as grand theft auto, and nobody complained about that. So why all the fuss about this cheesing? Cheats have been around for years and now all of a sudden its a big deal? I am sure everyone on here has used a cheat code before. Being their gameplay style or not, it doesn't harm your destiny experience. Please quit your whining and play the damn game.

While I agree about what you are TRYING to say... Cheesing is not the term you should be using... Cheating, exploiting, glitching... Those are the terms you should be using. Cheesing is hitting someone or sunsetting from an area that they cannot hit you at. Ie, initial spawn and oracles, or second bridge in CE, which those are only available due to a glitch. What you are referring to is the Crota issue, pushing Templar and Atheon which are glitches in the game. And the enemy despawn at the second bridge, the respawn out of the arena at the oracles, which are glitches that open up for cheeses.

Xenodeathにより編集済み: 1/6/2015 4:58:59 AMI went to the deli to get sandwich stuff but they told me they read your post and said I couldn't have any cheese, cause Destiny took it all already. My meatwiches are sad now... And my macaroni said he was gonna bring a friend to dinner, but when he showed up he said that he got ditched for Destiny. So I figured I would call my Krafty friend, but they were all out too. I knew this one cracker that always hung out with cheese but he was depressed cause cheese left him for Destiny too, his name is just It now. I don't know who this Destiny chick is but man oh man does she love cheese.

5 通の返信Without constant patches there's really no way to cheese proof it, someone can always find an exploit. If they want it run legit then RNG needs to go. It wouldn't be hard for them to figure out the minimum number of enemies that need to be killed for each stage and reward people based off the percentage of those enemies each team member killed. Pass a stage with no kills the game knows you cheesed and you get no rewards, problem solved.
