Best method for Hive Majors
When you first spawn in on Earth, if you look to your right there is that square building with a load of Dregs and Vandals outside it. If you go underground from there, you see a room that is empty with a chest room in it, normally 2 yellow bar acolytes and 1 yellow bar knight will spawn in there.
This trick to get these spawning again is that you can run outside the room to the left a bit and run back, by the time you have got back in they will have spawned again but if you here the sound of a skiff coming in, you will need to kill those fallen which are located right next to a patrol mission beacon on the right. After this you can you back down to the spawn and the majors should be there waiting for you. I will make a YouTube video on it if people don't know where I am talking about.
Edit 1: This is mainly for Christmas noobs so don't be hatin' and stuff just because most of you will already know of it.
Edit 2: DON'T TURN RIGHT AND WALK OFF A CLIFF.
Edit 3: You can go both ways, left or right.

1 返信I do the dark beyond on heroic If you get the "kill 10 hive" and "get 3 kills quickly with a fusion rifle" you can knock out 2 birds with one chatterwhite

1 返信Just make a circuit going around the area in the cosmodrome. Spawn, head left, kill the 3 Fallen, go down the stairs. Look for the chests and spinmetal that spawn in the area. Hang a right, kill the 3 Hive. Come out hang a right, check the chest spawn points up the stairs, kill Fallen on the way up. Come out of building, hang a left kill Fallen along the way. Rinse and repeat. Along the way are 3 spawn points for Swords of Crota. Look for those and get your Husk of the Pit. Pop glimmer boosts as needed. There ya go! Takes about 3 rounds if you get a Sword along the way because they count.

1 返信I usually do sword knight mission on the moo, kill 3 majors in the first darkness room, then wipe till I get enough. The sword knights dont actually count as majors.

2 通の返信Dude, this has been known for a while. It also helps with getting the 200 cosmodrome mites because each kill gives you 20. But seriously, I thought this was common knowledge

3 通の返信Do the worlds grave mission on level 10. When you get to the part were you have to kill the knight for the key to the world grave kill the four acolytes that come out. They have yellow bars. Then die and do it again. That would be 8. Then do it again Ps: don't kill the knight because that makes you go to the next checkpoint in the story. Then when your done just go to orbit. Then you will always have that checkpoint whenever the bounty comes up

2 通の返信I normally just do The Sword of Crota mission on Heroic. I may have to run it twice (or probably just once if I killed myself prior to a checkpoint), but I can normally complete it in about 15 minutes. It helps that it's a fun mission.

9 通の返信They -blam!-ed with the timer on these guys. I used to firm them all the time. I'd run down there kill them, run out of the hole in the wall and turn and come back and they'd already spawned. Now it takes forever. I just usually now go with the first moon mission. Killing everything but the Knight,letting it kill you, restart the checkpoint and so on. You can also do the mission where you destroy the crystal on the moon. That has 10+ hive majors on it.

1 返信The spawns on them have turned spotty. Sometimes it runs like clockwork and it's easy glimmer, sometimes you need to go parade around the Steppes outside to get them to respawn. When it runs optimally, you go down there kill them and then from that room, turn around and face out, just run straight to the wall, pause a second and go back in and they're respawned.

2 通の返信Not really grear, I have a better place, aslong as you're happy to just kill yourself at the end. Rasputins bunker, I stick it on hard mode but unsure of normal. Never tried normal! You can do most hive bounties in the long corridor filled with enemies, there's hive majors to kill, lots for precision bounties, super bounties are easy down there and the 2 kills with a fusion rifle bounties can be cleared fast due to the waves of thralls

1 返信I always use this spot for a quick hive majors/ultras bounty. It's great! But when I was doing it the other day I ran into some noobs that were lvl 3-5 that we dead because they ran into them for the first time I imagine lol. It reminded me of the first time I ran into them too! Just wanted to share that!
