What is the best hand cannon. In you opinion.
Best hand cannon. I have the thorn bounty and just got hawk moon. Wondering wich I should lean towards first.

i have had thorn for some time now and got hawkmoon 2 weeks ago i have been comparing them and I am try to deside witch it works better for me. So far these have been my thoughts Hawkmoon has Better target acquisition when ads due to cleaner sites. Hawkmoons targets are staggered way more. when using the rang perks on both thorn and hawkmoon I can fell the better range in Thorn Hawkmoon has a larger mag but takes more shots to drop a target due to Thorns DoT Hawkmoons slower rate of fire is not to noticeable In the end i really think its just going to come to personal preference I really like them both and they are both very solid guns.

1 返信Fatebringer best legendary I don't have HM :'( BUT I can't uses any other legendary hand cannon cuz they don't make enemies explode :D

1 返信All situational Hawk moon is awesome guy to go around gun blazing, range of a scout rifle, great pick off gun, 3 bonus damage perks Fatebringer - very good crowd control awesome in first stage of crota Thorn - very good in pvp only, the above gun is better imo in pve ( some including me may prefer hawk moon for pvp)

7 通の返信I don't understand how people say fatebringer is the best in pvp and pve. I find fatebringer to be good only againts weaker enemies like hive runers (1st stage of crota), the fatebringer is beast there yes. But otherwise I don't see any use for this gun. Its not as hard hitting as hawkmoon, lower stability and less reload speed. I also don't see why people even say its good in pvp. All the perks on that weapon are pve based ^^ And who even needs reload in pvp when you have 12 bullets when hand canons can kill with 3 body hits. Hawkmoon overall is the most balanced hand cannon., but thorn is not far away.

I'd say it's a toss up between those two. In PVE or PVP I think the hawkmoon TTK is a little bit less, but the DOT on the thorn stops shields from regenerating. If an enemy takes cover, Thorn is going to give you a huge advantage. IMO in PVP Hawkmoon, TLW, and Thorn are pretty much equal. In PVP Fatebringer is still my goto, but Hawkmoon is right up there. I don't use Thorn in PVE and have only shot it a couple times since the buff, but I'd put it on the same level as Hawkmoon. TLW does not belong in PVE unless you are leveling it up.

6 通の返信I only have used 2 hand cannons TLW & TDYK. TLW is great in PvP. TDYK is great in PvE. Can't go wrong with either. Unfortunately if you don't have TDYK you can't get it anymore. Planning on buying TFWPKY 1969 as soon as I get the marks for it.

10 通の返信I was in love with my TDYK until I found TFPWKY 1969 (sure I spelled that wrong) with some insane perks. It is a pure monster! The reload speed is already fast but combined with some gauntlets and chain of woe it is just... Awesome!!! I thought MIDA reloads fast. No... This hand cannon reloads so fast I thought the animation was glitched when I used it the first time after upgrading it. it is a pure pleasure to empty the whole magazine and finish an enemy off with the last shot. I am in love. True love. I had so much fun doing the precision kill bounties yesterday. You can check it out on my hunter.
