I had xbox and xbox 360. Never had this bullshit problem. This will be the last playstation product I ever purchase
Edit: guys the problem here is not the system I get that. The real problem is psn was working this morning when I got home from work (about 6 am est). Played for a couple hours then tried getting back on with some friends around 1130am. Now it's down again. So they claimed to have had it fixed. It obviously was half assed and someone should be held accountable. I guess I should have stated this in the OP lol but its been kinda comical none the less with all these posts. When u get called back for an unfinished job at my workplace that looks bad on you and your evaluation will reflect that and eventual u will be fired. Are you all really that comfortable with the "engineers" that are trying amd obviously failing at repairing your gaming network?
Thanks for keeping me entertained.
Keep them coming.

8 通の返信So go trade it in. Who gives a shit. This is the world today. You pay for shit, sometimes it doesn't work. They don't care if you stay or go. Corporations are too big to care about customer loyalty. The world doesn't care about you. When will people figure this out?

10 通の返信I'm assuming you've never heard of something called "the news" and are somehow unaware that both companies are being attacked by hackers? Lol I'm guessing you just got your ps4 on xmas?

I went with the 360 instead of the PS3 because I wanted the best online experience, and I made the right choice. Obviously Microsoft maintains that superiority, but I still chose PS4 this time around because despite their issues, they're way better to the community. Better deals on games. More interesting exclusives, etc. and most of all, they're not Microsoft. I don't regret going with Playstation for a second.

I'm not done, just waiting for them to restore service. I'm a little frustrated that I'll probably miss out on Xur this week- I really wanted to upgrade my Helm of Inmost Light, and to check out No Land Beyond. But I was able to play online all day Christmas eve, Christmas day, and yesterday. My friends and I had some epic Smash battles and Mario Kart races. Nintendo networks worked just fine.

21 通の返信It's amazing how much people over react after 3 days without video games Maybe do something else in your life besides playing games? I'm annoyed I can't play as well, but it happened and I'm going to adjust

1 返信I have had a PlayStation controller in my hand, almost every night over the past twenty years. I am never done.

I mean i am an MS fan, but you are being a little dramatic. Sure over the long haul sony will have an infrastructure that may be behind in some ways of that of xbox live, but each have had their fair share of issues. To be honest as much as i have loved xbox and live the past month or two have been the worst experience I have had with the network ever.

Apweber42により編集済み: 12/27/2014 8:11:23 PMActually a 360 was the last ms purchase I will make. Went through like 5 of those shitty consoles in 2 years. Microsoft puts the cheapest shittiest hardware they can find in their consoles. I made the Switch to PS3. That guy still works to this day.

2 通の返信Am I done with Playstation!? No! I'm not some drama queen that cries about a hiccup like this. Besides, PSN employees probably celebrate Christmas to and deserve to do so just like the rest of us.

2 通の返信I love watching people back up something they paid so much for and can't even use it looks so ridiculous. That's like buying a Ferrari and taking it back to the shop everyday and telling the mechanics this is the best car you've ever owned. Am I missing something????

I own both systems (Xbox One, PS4) and I enjoy them both. But I'm a realist, as well. Sony is always going to have the network with the most problems. Just look at what Microsoft specializes in. Computer software. Programming is what they do, and they have a team in place to deal with this garbage quickly. I had hoped that Sony might get a better infrastructure together when they began charging for PS+ but so far it looks like the network is still pretty vulnerable. Sure, my plans to play on PS4 with some friends on Boxing Day got spoiled, but whatever. I just played SP games, or switched over to the Bone once it was back up and running. There's really not a lot you can do about it, if you're a Playstation owner. Just acknowledge the fact that this kind of stuff is going to happen sometimes.

2 通の返信WormChiにより編集済み: 12/27/2014 7:52:01 PMAs someone who just purchased a ps4, I was excited to upgrade from ps3. I've been Sony since ps1 and even have a Vita to remote play Destiny. I'll stick by Sony but it's going to be a tough pill to swallow paying for ps+ after this debacle.

7 通の返信I'm glad psn is down. That's what sony gets for stickin up for their customers and buying exclusive shit for psn. Xbox is king of exclusive and it should of stayed that way
