EXPANSION PASS REMOVED BY BUNGIE CLOWNS
During the DDOS attack on the 24th of Dec. BUNGIE decided to take it upon themselves to REMOVE/STEAL My Expansion Pass and My Licence for it. All my DLC Content is Locked. I can't even by the No Land Beyond from Xur because it says I don't possess TDB DLC.
I have the receipt and an appointment with my Lawyer Monday morning.
I've posted in the Help Section but of course the Bungie clowns are digging into each others asses on Brokeback Mountain.
Can't wait till Monday. At the bare minimum I hope to get physical locations of the Homes and Offices of some of Bungie employees.
EDIT 1... I'm on PS4.
EDIT 2... Already went against my better judgment and tried all the Restore/Redownload/Reboot and half a dozen other RE's that haven't worked.

You can relax. I promise you Bungie would never even think about doing something so scandalous (and illegal). What you're experiencing is a glitch of some kind. One that was most likely brought on by the DDoS attacks, and will be addressed and fixed just as quickly as Bungie can fix it. Posting this in the Help section would be a good idea, to make sure Bungie is aware of it.

My friend bought the ghost edition and didnt get an expansion pass... so instead of getting a laywer he went on the bungie or activision website found the section about passes that dont work, filled a report and got a code emailed to him within a week. Maybe try that??

You are rediculous. A lawyer? This must be going straight to the Supreme courts over 20$ I seriously cannot believe how people think. I'm sure it was an accident; most likely something to do with psn being taken down. Maybe instead of posting some bullshit accusations you should maybe change your angle and try something on a softer note like "hey bungie I think there was a mixup and I'm not able to access some of your content can you please help me".

3 通の返信I stopped reading when I saw that you said you couldn't buy NLB from Xur. The new DLC gear doesn't require DLC. Just the missions/strikes/raid.

I'd be pretty mad about it. But just a heads up, what you said could be taken as uttering threats by the police. Is anything ever going to come of it from the authorities? Nah, probably not. And that you already have the appointment made? And that you hope to get some physical addresses out of him? Like, what are you going to do, drive to their houses and express your displeasure in person? Come on now, at least make up something reasonable.
