What do you think about the girl gamers on Destiny??

10 通の返信I'to honestly kind of awkward being the only girl. I think playing with other girls makes things a little less weird. I'm always the only girl and being the only girl you get harassed by weird people. I'm tired of being weirded out, I have a few people in my clan too play with but besides that no one. Sometimes they're barely on!

I have all 3 guardians who are all at 315+ light, I do hard mode raid on all of them every week, along with going to the light house :) (This is also an open invite for other girl gamers on PS3 soon to be PS4 because I have zero girl friends on this game -.- would be dope! comment your PSN names)

3 通の返信Whaaaaat? So girl gamers are not good at playing? I know some that play better than most men. I play destiny and I'm a girl, not the best, thats because I stopped playing that game and went to halo5.

8 通の返信Reading through these comments looking for a good laugh or at least some mediocre butthurt but alas, not so much. On a serious note, I can say as a gamer who happens to have a vagina I've had [i]almost[/i] no problems with the destiny community. However, the two things I see on the forums somewhat regularly are: female gamers have to be carried, and they turn all the guys in the fire team into white knight (apparently that's an insult now) morons. And to that, I don't know what to say except it doesn't seem to bother anyone when a dude sucks at the game... And trust me.. A lot of you do. And if your friends start going straight Mad Tv worthy, helmet non-optional, full on re-re when a girl is around.. That's their malfunction, take responsibility for how you act online.

5 通の返信Sooo I only know like two fellow girl gamers one of them is kinda shy and doesnt talk much and the other is a annoying clan member that will leave you in the middle of a trials match after a lot of weird insults and excuses. Everytime I LFG there are no girls. People obviously have different experiences so of course they have different opinions. I can only talk for myself that I hold on my own hard raid and pvp. Where the girls at? I like to play destiny, yugioh and disgaea~

During HoW I ended up running 4/5 rounds of the 28 PoE with a random girl. Our 3rd dropped out after Round 1, and we just went for it. We were both defender titans, she had Weapons, I had Armor, just by chance. We completely Rekt it without mics with insane synergy. I didn't find out it was a girl til afterwards. The experience led me to this conclusion: Gender is irrelevant. Anyone can be badass in Destiny. :)

I share 3 characters with my Mrs, we're not the best players around but not bad. I'd say she has spent more time on the game than me and is definitely as good as most players i've seen, without a doubt has more patience than me also. She holds her own in a team and won't be trodden on by anyone and why should she, mind you she is late 30's!! We have all the main weapons that we all grind for and we still enjoy it together, and guess what... I Love her too!! How good is that. So in answer to your question... I'm more than happy with it, at the end of the day people are either ok or a dick and it matters not what gender they are.

Some of them are bad asses. Got rekt by a few girls, but in my defense... I suck at PvP. But I'm king when it comes to pve. I can out collect spin metals against any girl. Now you may ask me anything, go ahead ask me.

8 通の返信Aaaaannndddd this is why I don't tend to use my mic. I play pretty casually, but I have my good days and bad, like any other human being. I stay away from doing stuff I'm bad at, and try not to let my team down, if I can help it. I've carried, but I've also been carried. The misconceptions that women don't play videogames, and furthermore can't be good at videogames, is just unfair, stupid, and exclusionary. And then you wonder why you can't get girlfriends. The sad part is, is that if you have a bad run and are male, nobody bats an eye. But if you fall behind and are female, everyone attributes it to your gender. Maybe a lot of the males here don't encounter female gamers, so have limited, negative experiences, because we don't want to be on a team with people like you.

1 返信The girls ive played with have been fine...all 2 of them lol Why start this debate though? How old are you?! Something a 12 year old would care about. Who cares. Girls can game just as good any guy can. Practice makes perfect,for anyone at anything (within reason) Plenty of girls play games now, gaming is insanely popular. Funny seeing narrow minded dickheads so shocked by girl gamers and thinking theyre inferior...
