I can solo it, but dang, just stay.
Edit: it can be a fun strike if you have one of each class and make orbs. Spam supers all around the cluster-blam! area around omnigul.

2 通の返信It seems like there's a mechanic we are missing or something. I thought some of the adds in the old strikes were bad, but I had blue weapons them. Now I'm decked out in decent gear and maxed weapons and it's hard to keep them down long enough to hit Omnigul. I know you're supposed to be able to interrupt her summoning adds, we hit her with ice breakers and gjallarhorns, yet the swarms kept coming. Basically people bail because they want a strike that takes 15 minutes or less, that one takes 20+ most of the time, so it's easier to head back to orbit and jump back into the roc playlist. If there was some incentive to stay, then maybe people would do it. But as things are, Omnigul and Nexus have the same rewards and nexus can take 10 minutes. Same goes for the new vex strike, there's little point in killing a hundred yellow bar minotaurs unless you're hard up for glimmer. I enjoy a higher difficultly level when I want it, the weekly or nightfall for example. But the basic strikes should have the same difficulty across the board and the same time requirement. Assuming they are all going to have the same rewards. Way back in the yonder years of 2005. WoW had a lot of level 60 dungeons, most of which had similar difficulties. Some were harder but had specific gear that people wanted, so try kept running those instances to get that gear. Dire Maul had good crit gear for PVP, Upper Blackrock Spire was the only place to get your dungeon set chest piece and some good fire resistance gear. If WoW had been like Destiny with random loot drops, everyone would have probably just done Baron runs/UD Strath over and over again, everyone knew the fights, and it was fairly quick compared to UBRS. There I go rambling again...

38 通の返信Makes me sick that kids idea of "playing" the game is to haul ass through the whole strike or quit because it's too hard or long. Sorry you might have to actually do something to get something.

1 返信Bungie, INCREASE THE REWARD IN THIS STRIKE. Its the longest and hardest of them all but its also my fav cuz of the clusterf*ck of enemies which is what i want from strikes. I'd do the shit outta this strike if rewards were more balanced around its difficulty.

6 通の返信Are you kidding me? It's the best strike. Turn on a Black Wax, and glimmer farm the F out of it. Omnigul is an easy win with Fatebringer, Light of the Abyss, and Thunderlord. Just don't be bad....
