Alright, So I kid you not when I say I have spent all day (7 hours) farming for the Husk of the Pit in both 'Fist of Crota' and patrols. I have literally been killing nothing but Blades, so much in fact that I have fully upgraded two Raid Gear items and my Hard Light. I'm seriously stressed out about this. All my friends seem to just jump into a random match and get it their first try. Is it possible that I'm seriously just extremely unlucky, or is Destiny screwing with me?
Getting super freaking aggravated with this.

I went in that mission with two other buddies. One got it within the first 5 missions and the other about 15 after. It took me about 200 times running that mission but I finally got it. Then went to the moon and killed a blades of crota and got another one lol. Gotta love RNGesus

First 6 tries didn't get it. Next day got it in 2. Maybe log out then back in. At least it'll feel like it may help, never know it may. Do Fist of Crota mission and run past all of them and go in the refinery , kill the B of Crota , if you don't get it immediately die and do it again. Don't grind it , just try 5ish times do something else then 5 more . Eventually you'll get it.

I ran the Fist of Crota mission 30+ times and decided it was a waste of time, logged out and went to bed. The next day I logged on after work and the Blade of Crota I killed on Earth dropped it. I'd suggest patrol over the mission.

Why the heck are you stressed out, over not having a gun? You have until the Hard raid of Crota comes out, and then it stays around forever, unless you've cheesed it, to make the gun more powerful, and brag to people who really don't care.

1 返信If you want it then stop trying to get it. Stop farming for it. Just kill blade guys when you see them or have the bounty. Can't do anything with it when you get it so what's the rush? When you stop trying it will drop.

I got two in roughly 15 minutes. I almost dismantled the first because I didn't recognize it. My suggestion would be to just let it come naturally. Doing the same thing for 7 hours just seems frustrating.
