Im stuck in a group project with a person who might have psychological problems. The art project is simple. Create a storyline, put that on a story board, then make a stop motion animation and present. My story was one I posted here a while back called "the lighter". It was about a man who carries a lighter around its supposed to "guide him" and it starts to die. So he gives it away. The man disappears and the person he gave it to finds out the diner they were in was demolished an the man with the lighter was dead. He ha to give up his material possessions. Now my teacher said it was great. He said no one likes plot twists and that it was unoriginal has -blam!-. Here's his idea [spoiler]so there's this prisoner in solitary confinement who slowly goes insane and proceeds to sharpen his teeth on the cement walls that are caging him and tear his own wrist open with his teeth and kill himself. The entire story board would be "black screens, blinking, a door opening, and death"[/spoiler] I said "that sounds really -blam!-ing gorey and dark dude" "Oh wtf man up that's not gorey" I mean DUDE. He wanted a guy to cut his wrist open with his damn teeth. Someone even found that funny. Im surrounded by madmen. (Glad I got out of that group last second...looks like I'm on my own)
