Destiny is just like that R&B song,"The Heart wants what it wants"
So many reasons to stop playing and leave Bungie high and dry, I could go on and on complaining.
For some reason I still love the game and I'm curious if I'm the only one on the forum who feels this way??
EDIT: Another thing comes to mind...let's say they never ended up making a Destiny 2 and they were not making any more, would we still be able to play Destiny 1 or will it be shut down?

You can play Destiny until the day they announce they no longer support it. Republic Commando (a favorite original Xbox game) just recently had its support shut off. 11 years later, and that game wasn't meant to be online.

No chance of pre order, I'll wait a solid week for reviews and community feedback this time. Not since halo 3 have a played a game this much. It's so addictive. I am stilling having fun. That said, I can't commit to this deep dive unless destiny 2 makes good on everything. And RNG, that's gotta get fixed too.

sure as hell i wont.. i cancelled my preorder for destiny and got it after the release date.. for a god reason.. and i would beg EVERYONE to do the same.. just to show activision that the player cares and after the desaster with destiny, in destiny 2 they need to convince the player that the game is a complete one.. not a ripped apart loose mission heap..

Yes I will pre-order it. Because I live in the country and it's convenient for me to have it delivered to my house than me drive to town. Which worked out for me considering I got destiny for free since I didn't receive it on release day. (As promised)

Pre-ordering is a great way for those without large amounts of disposable income to buy games. For instance, it's difficult for me to decide randomly for me to buy a 60 dollar game. 60 bucks is a lot for my budget but with Pre-ordering I can treat it as a layway. I have 3 games pre-ordered atm and each month go go put like 5 or 10 bucks on the one that comes out next until it's payed off and then move onto the next. I don't pre-order because I think I think I wont be able to find the game. Games are never sold out anymore.
