I've barely had 10 legendary engrams drop since release. I got two to the morgue from a blue engramthough, and the perks on it are unreal. Return to sender, hammerforged and crowd control. Anybody who doesn't like shotguns in crucible should stay far away from me, this thing is going to be killstreak city.
