I am also at work.
I think I dismantled the veil due to not quite understanding the subclass for which it was intended. I was primarily a voidwalker at the time, and perks only seem to really work for Sunsinger. Popping nova bomb never regenned health.
Now sunsinger is definitely a plus for Crotas end...fusion grenades ->wizards ->Ghorn shot/IB = bye bye wizards.
I also think the thorn will be highly useful for Crota's...will test that out tomorrow.

It comes back full after a few seconds, he isn't regening the shield it just comes back. If a DoT could stop it from coming back warlocks and hunters would be key in defeating him super easy with Burn perk on nades for warlock and same on hunter for throwing knives.

I have avoided all Crota's end knowledge so I don't know what your talking about have the first CP...I just meant as a regular weapon to use in raid, but alas I realize there are better exotics to occupy the allowed equipped exotic (vex or Ghorn).

Sorry thought you knew as that's what I heard a few people wanted to test the thorn for... My bad. at least thats the only use I heard of the thorn in the raid, no one has confirmed if it works yet i just assume it won't. Be happy Iron banner will be back on the 16th and you can go on a thorn rampage :D
