as a community manager you'd think he want to bring that info here if not first but at the same time maybe.

Well with some of the stuff that's happened lately I'm not entirely surprised that this info was in a Gamespot video. At least the Bungie rep admitted to the screw up that was the whole Exotic Shard announcement and then the resulting backlash over not warning them that they would be wasting them if they didn't wait for the Exotic upgrades.
