It's not a 500 million dollar game. They have that to spend over the next 10 years. So divide that by 10. That's 50 million a year. To keep servers running. to pay employees. To fix any problems that come up. So it's not a 500 million dollar game.

If they spend 500 million dollars throughout the game, then it's a 500 million dollar game. They made more than 500 million back in profit anyways, and they're still gonna be making more with the expansions. They have money.

Bungie let it be how it is, and that's -blam!-ed up to the Xbox community that they let it be like this. It isn't 'how it had to be'. They let it be like this. If you wanna tell me about business, go ahead.

How in the hell did they let it be like this. PS stepped up with the biggest amount. Bungie has no loyalty to Microsoft anymore. Microsoft fires them and gave Halo to 343. So I'm surprised that they even gave us what they did. It's all business. Trust me Bungie is not in their offices saying... let's -blam!- all xbox users.

If your lead designer leaves and still wants to be paid for his work but not there to work it ..... what would you have done? They would have lost everything of they didn't put this game out. All investors would have pulled their money out. Bungie almost went under after Microsoft let them go. They had to do something....

If I had 500 million dollars, I would have paid him for his shit. If he wanted to leave because Activision wanted to release his content the way they wanted to, then I would've said -blam!- that, and make the game how it's supposed to be. Could find another publisher to work with, but Bungie didn't. They were looking at the most money they can make.

Blackにより編集済み: 12/8/2014 9:41:15 AMThat's not why he left and they have a budget of 500 million over 10 years. Where would the money come from. All the money that is made doesn't go back to Bungie. It goes to the investors. And trust they don't give 2 -blam!-s about us. Like I said you would have to understand how businesses work and make money to understand why this happened.
