Are you serious!?!?
Ok so I've been on Xbox for quite some time. And twice!! It's been taking down a HUGE compony can't stop this?? I mean come on and to Ps3 and Ps4 owners you guys are lucky!! So tell me anyone actually able to sign in now or still having trouble?
Edit: I understand that PSN was attacked and down for a very long time but at the present time they are better off than Xbox. That happened in the past and of course they have my sympathy as some PSN users have sypathy for Xbox users now. Just saying right now they have it better but yes back then they went through a lot

1 返信Last time I was down while on Xbox was the day Titanfall came out. Microsoft gave me a few free days of live for the inconvenience. I then played Titanfall for 2 weeks, got bored, and haven't touched it since.

1 返信You must be on the 360, yeah it was down for a couple of hours last night. No big. PSN goes down for days at a time.

1 返信PSN got taken down by Legion a couple of years back. This is nothing compared to that. The issue is anyone can DDoS now, just download the Low Orbit Ion Cannon and set a few perimeters. It's illegal of course but the size of operation means only the worst offenders tend to get attention.

5 通の返信Ddos attacks are [i]apparently[/i] impossible to to stop. It's where they push massive amounts of information from multiple sources into one server overwhelming it causing to to buckle and crash.

1 返信I think DDOS is almost impossible to stop. Not sure. But PSN was actually hacked. Big difference. And I'm on playstation so I'm not tryin to start anything.

But now i have the right to tell my friends who have xb1 that talk smack about the ps4 , you knew it was coming sooner or later and now all you can do is get mad like how we psn users did

3 通の返信PSN people are not lucky lol they have had actual hacks and credit cards stolen off their profiles. This is just a ddos. Small time stuff. And no they can't prevent this because ddos talks to a server like our consoles do. So if they were to stop a ddos then we would lose connection anyways until they can change their proxy

5 通の返信SONY players are lucky?! Under what logic?! PSN has been hacked TWICE and the first was the worst. No online gaming for almost a month. So no, we were not lucky. Especially since it fueled all the XBOX lovers to bash on the PS console.

2 通の返信Do your research. I'm an Xbox user and I understand (and feel TERRIBLE) that the PlayStation users have had to go through these DDos attacks for longer periods of time than we have. Sorry if I came across as offensive I just prefer you do your research before making these remarks :)

1 返信Nothing is truly safe and unbreakable on the internet only a fool ever thinks that is ever true or possible. Even governments can be taken down by hackers and have been before.
