My first post. Thanks to everyone who has helped me by posting your errors and fixes!
I've finally fixed my issues with all the disconnects. If you have an Xfinity Technicolor Model:TC8305C , do this:
http://10.0.0.1 to access the modem (default login: admin/password)
ADVANCED Menu > DMZ > Enable and enter your Xbox static IP in DMZ Host [SAVE]
ADVANCED Menu > Device Discovery > Enable UPnP: Enable, Advertisement Period: 30, Time to Live: 5, Enable Zero Config: Enable
This next part is what i have been unable to find anywhere, but is what finally got things working for me:
PARENTAL CONTROL Menu > Managed Sites > Enable Managed Sites: Enable, Trusted Computers: Select Yes on your Xbox IP
PARENTAL CONTROL Menu > Managed Services > Enable Managed Services: Enable, Trusted Computers: Select Yes on Xbox IP
PARENTAL CONTROL Menu > Managed Devices > Enable Manged Devices: Enable, Access Type: Allow All
If this information is already posted, i couldn't find it. I'm hoping the Topic will provide better search results. Good Luck!

probably dumb question but for this part:
PARENTAL CONTROL Menu > Managed Sites > Enable Managed Sites: Enable, Trusted Computers: Select Yes on your Xbox IP PARENTAL CONTROL Menu > Managed Services > Enable Managed Services: Enable, Trusted Computers: Select Yes on Xbox IP
Should I enable these two settings for all my devices or just the XBOX One? Please for the love of The Traveler! I hope this works, because Comcast is pissing me off.

The managed services and devices also works for PS3. You will notice that the PS3 usually lists as "Unknown" but the IP will still be correct. I went from 5min in a patrol to 45min and no connection issues. Thanks BullseyeWins

I am moving to an area where Xfinity is the most popular ISP. Is this problem with disconnects very common with Xfinity, or just a small portion of Xfinity subscribers? I am not sure what to expect, and threads like this one make me worried.

Can't believe you posted how to log into your router online. Hopefully you changed your router log in

Hey, just wanted to say thanks for this, it really helped. I didn't have to set my xb1 to be the DMV device, I just had to enable all the parental control stuff you mentioned and that fixed it. And yeah, I have looked high and low for a solution to this problem and I never saw anything about the parental controls. Comcast, you dumb. Thanks again!

I'm a tech, passing this on to my supervisor. If I hear anything on it I'll post again but be warned lol you mess up your router that's 70$ for the service call to fix it
