I agreed that Darren Wilson was innocent. But that David Patelino or whatever the -blam!- that NYPD cop is.. guilty as hell. I don't think he meant to kill him. So manslaughter. But still used illegal move that killed someone who clearly stated he could not breathe in his only gasp of air.

3 通の返信I got into the Wilson and Brown case, but.. not this one. The guy resisted arrest, but the cop put him in a choke hold, but Garner apparently died from cardiac arrest, I don't know. COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF HE WASN'T BREAKING THE LAW.

1 返信Hold on... Was the guy in green a cop? I'm from the UK but considering he wasn't wearing a uniform unless it's a different type... Either way, what the hell, police brutality much? The guy wasn't showing any signs of going to attack or putting up resistance... It's amazing how when one thing hits the web, suddenly more cases of similar nature start popping up. Something needs to be done with this, call it a race war or government politics to get a military controlled state, it has to stop

16 通の返信The guy would still be alive if he wasn't committing a crime and resisted arrest.

35 通の返信Coroner reports and evidence prove that the choke hold did not kill him. dude died for being fat and out of shape i dont believe body cams should be on cops because of situations like this it looks bad and the ignorant only believe what they see and wont listen to reason

4 通の返信I haven't read anything about this, but I watched the video. From what I saw, he hadn't done anything wrong. When confronted, he put his hands up and said "I did nothing wrong." Following that, the officers used unlawful force against this seemingly innocent man. Whether or not the choke hold killed him, the police were still out of line, IF he had done anything. Again, this is just based on what I saw. I haven't read anything, so don't bash me for my opinion.

11 通の返信How about people stop resisting the police, or better yet don't put yourself in a situation that could get you in trouble

29 通の返信Wait a couple of weeks there might be something in his autopsy that goes to the cops innocence. Morale of the story though don't mess around with cops.

1 返信The NY decision really surprised me,considering the coroner said the main died from choking. And then theres the video and the eyewitness testimony

59 通の返信Liara Tsoniにより編集済み: 12/5/2014 10:55:20 PMHe was resisting arrest had they not taken him down they may have injured a officer he probably died from a heart attack being over weight contributed to that the cops didn't do anything wrong And they could arrest him on suspicion and hold him for 48 hours

2 通の返信Have you ever watched the terrorist video of an American being decapitated? That's murder. In my eyes this isn't murder. Yes, it was forceful. But did that cop intend to kill that man? I don't think so. He was resisting arrest (for a petty crime, but he had 8 arrest for this) and he could have become violent so force was needed. He was also much bigger than any of the officers. A choke hold is used not to cause harm, but to restrain the man (although it is not allowed). And the officers don't know his health issues! The man was huge and he was diabetic. But the cops didn't know that. All they saw was a man who was much bigger than them who could potentially harm them or fellow officers. I do not think it was murder but I do think the officers could have handled it in a different fashion... To my knowledge he had no throat damage from what I've heard/read. Also the supervisor (who was there) is a black female. Don't know if that was stated.
http://nypost.com/2014/07/19/man-in-chokehold-death-had-no-throat-damage-autopsy/
4 通の返信He should not have resisted arrest, it's not the cops job to try talking you in to going with him, and it's not the cops job to fight you. That's why cops kill some people, because they want to go home at the end of the day. Cops are there to keep peace, and if some ass hole dies because he thinks he's above the law so be it.

29 通の返信I love how people think they know more than the jurors who listened to ALL of the evidence. Give me a frackin break moron.

1 返信When was the last time a cop didnt get away with murder, and dont say btk because he was a fireman, i think...

1 返信I guess Obey, Survive?? is that really the kind of law enforcement we want?? A bunch of no BS neo-Gustapo?? Maybe that's a little extreme, and granted I don't know the whole story, but it's pretty hard when there is a crystal clear video right in front if you, And coroners report did say strangulation from pressure on throat
or some medical bs.
so I don't know :/
