House of Wolves has been glitched into. It just needs enemies to be complete.
Surprised there isn't a huge outcry here?
Edit: to all the smart ass comments, I'm referring to the new YouTube video showing what looks like a final Fallen Ketch interior. It looks 100% complete minus characters.
Yes, I've seen the glitched levels for months, this is new.
I'm just questioning how Bungie can claim the DLC content is 90% new, created after the destiny release. Now bitch away...!
And to the asswipe who said DLC stands for Disc Locked Content, look it up. :)

7 通の返信Again with this. Prove to me it's actually complete. Hint: you can't. They are textured, there is geometry. Sure. But there are more things that come in to play than just that. They have to pick enemy placement, add darkness zones, add instances since this area is only for a single fireteam. In addition to that they have to name bosses, add the boss mechanics, add any special attacks, and add any cutscene triggers. You don't even begin to know what goes in to making a game. If you did you'd realize that the play space is often built first so that level designers can then add all the necessary bits and adjust them as needed. The content was added already so that we don't have a twelve hour download on the day of release. Quit with the I know everything because I read it on the internet mentality. None of these YouTube jokers has the slightest clue what they are talking about.

Let's assume they had been working on the DLC already, knowing that it would release about 3 months after game launch. Had they simply not included any of it and made for a massive download and probably glitchy day one launch, would that have been a better and more acceptable scenario to you? Or perhaps they release literally everything on day 1 and then entirely create and have ready for launch the DLC content in a 3 month window? Both of those seem like more unacceptable scenarios then having some of the content in the game already.

1 返信It's funny how no one has found this glitch until that big patch just came out........

1 返信so you beat it already?? is it 100% complete??or does it "look" 100% complete??? that big ass 1 GB download a few weeks ago prob was nothing to do with this right???

1 返信Maps/zones/areas and some placeholder enemies are only 10% of the development cycle maybe? Just a thought there. Level designers aren't the same people who make the encounter scripts, NPCs, missions, audio, weapons, armor, ships and all the other things that make the DLC. We saw some mostly complete areas. I guess that means Destiny was 100% done and everything was pulled for profit. Yeah in getting cynical and salty about these posts.

Blakimusにより編集済み: 11/30/2014 3:43:13 PMOk, game development isnt nearly as white and black as you think. There is much more than just " make space to play-place bad guys- release content". It is not even remotely close to that, so just -blam!-ing stop it with this stupid bullshit. Just because the actual map is made, doesnt mean uts ready to go. Hell, the play space is probably the first thing they focus on. There are tons of steps in this creative process that are still at work, and you bet your ass they have the house of wolves being worked on right now as well. There are multiple projects going on right now at bungie, and i wish we all stopped saying we know exactly what they have ready. Because none of us do. Plus, you wanted 2 raids on release? Dude, i barely had enough time to get geared up to do this raid. Calm your tits, we will have another raid to complete with our friends in less than 2 weeks.

1 返信Dozens of these posts. If it's on the CD and it was cut, I don't care. Not like paying for the DLC is big deal to me.

1 返信The reason it is there is because if you rememer, Destiny got pushed back for the next-gen consoles. It was already finished and good-to-go. In their infinite wisdom and kindness, Bungie hid the DLC data on the disc, so that we could enjoy it when it came out without needing to use psn's shitty download speeds....
