I don't understand why some people who got to 30 through raid gear care how others got to 30, to the point where they actually insult others and feel the need to make a big point of it.
Can somebody explain please?

1 返信I may be wrong but even if you got the iron banner gauntlets and boots, wouldn't you still need a raid helmet and chest or swap one with an exotic to hit 30? Or was There an iron banner chest or helmet you could get to hit 30 light? If not the iron banner 30s still had to play the raid and depend on rng. So I'm thinking the raid 30s attack the ib 30s because they still had to do the raid, but took a shortcut to get the rest of the gear. Just an opinion. I couldn't care how they got 30. It requires work either way

Because in reality Iron Banner is a faster way to gain level 30 armor than the Raid. Even if you don't get the armor as a reward, you can still buy it from the Iron Banner rep. if you've played enough matches to get to rank 4. But Raid gear is an entirely random enterprise and even if you play it millions of times you may still not get a full set. Also in favor of the IB method is the prep time. IB has matchmaking and isn't inherently difficult like VoG, and you don't need to worry about getting a team together like with any Raid. Point is that the Iron Banner presents a faster and possibly easier alternative to the Raid.

I don't care what kind of 30 you are I've beat atheon on hard twice today as a level 29 and I wear IB sleeves cause of fast reload for my atheons epilogue and my suros so yeah but I can understand if said IB 30 has never beaten the raid then you can call them fake. P.s just need chest piece for 30 but the raid gave me the epilogue, fatebringer, timebreaker, shards and energies, found verdict, corrective measure, and chatterwhite but still no damn chest piece and most of those guns I already had.

I have a raid 30 and my hunter has IB gauntlets to get it to 30 and honestly IB was faster but also way harder, there's no way I could have done it with a 25 or even 27. Doing the raid takes a long time but its not hard.

It's the most stupid nonsense conversationalists topic contained in this forum. Who cares how you got to 30? Raid 30s feel entitled (how, I'll never know seeing they got their stuff completely randomly) IB 30s are completely legit. They worked for it. They just enjoy a different style. Seeing as people aren't getting drops from the raid, I wish I went and got IB gear as opposed to being stuck at 29.

Raid 30s simply watched YouTube videos on how to cheat... they fought predicable NPCs... they joined raids at the end to just cheese Atheon... they waited for RNG to get their gear. Raid 30s suck.

For the IB lvl30 group though, got theirs in a week. I personally dont care and am totally cool with it. Gets more people to 30 and ready for the DLC. I see why people would get mad over it. Its literally JUST like Xur. "Oh no my cool gun I got from a drop is now for sale and everyone has it :(" Ya feel me dog?

Three of my raid buddies got their 30 gear through IB and I'm happy for them, after grinding through the raid with us for months they didn't have to rely on drops that just weren't happening. It got to the point where it was painful. They were still raiding for their 30 gear and I was getting it on my alts. The RNG is cruel.

2 通の返信Because people on Destiny feel that randomly dropped items are a more 'legitimate' than working for long periods of time to achieve a reward. Same with Xur. It's very backwards from real life. When was the last time a powerball winner started talking down to millionaires who worked for their money?

1 返信They feel entitled to be held in higher esteem because they hand to rely on RNGeesus so they feel more important than anyone else. Which they arent. And they're idiots.

Jerkkhammerにより編集済み: 11/25/2014 9:10:56 PMThey're idiots. You can finish the raid 1000 times and still not make it to level 30. The drops are random. It's no huge accomplishment, you just got lucky. The raid's not that hard to get through. Getting lucky is.

It's because they're mad. They spent countless hours grinding the same thing over and over and it yielded them little to no experience in a firefight against another thinking human being. They're highest levels and most of them still couldn't handle a lvl 12 in the crucible. Granted, some people only like pve and don't care what the pvp crowd is doing, which is fine. Anyone complaining about IB sucks at pvp, plain and simple.

Yea I don't get it either, I hit lvl 30 about a month ago from the raid, went and got boots and gauntlets from IB this week and while I've been upgrading them I've had people talk crap to me saying I didn't earn it. Amazingly I was level 30 weeks before them but I guess that doesn't matter, just wearing IB gear is enough for people to point and crap talk.

They attack IB 30's because their hardwork of grinding on the raid was "a waste". They also think that IB 30's aren't as skilled as raid 30's. Don't sweat it, I'm a raid 30 and the hate towards IB 30's is stupid.
