Ban Use of Exotics in PVP
I think Bungie should ban the use of Exotic gear (weapons and armor) in the crucible. This would get rid of a lot of whining. There would be no more "nerf this, nerf that" b.s. Everyone would have to either use raid gear or gear they get from a vendor in the tower. This being said, Guardians should be able to use multiple pieces of Exotic gear ( weapons and armor) while playing PVE.

In iron banner, maby yes... But in normal crucible, espescially control, everything is balanced... Just perks and skill that really sets apart who wins and besides...there are RARE Singen E's that have the Suros perk... (???) (:

1 返信Removing the exotics from pvp won't stop ppl from whining about nerfing guns. Even if the suros regime is removed, the cry babies will just cry about how a legendary gun is OP. not to mention that half the exotics are not as good as legendaries at the moment. I would choose any common/green machine gun over Super Good Advice any day of the week.

Oh for crying out loud... Go get some exotics of your own and join the party! They are part of the game and normal crucible is "leveled" anyway, so it's not like one weapon is all that much better than the other. It's just a question of players selecting a weapon that fits their playing style. I know plenty of players that use heavy machine guns because they can get more than just a couple of kills in one heavy ammo drop, opposed to a rocket launcher. But I know other players that won't touch a heavy machine gun, because they're no good with them. Find a weapon that you are really good with and use that one. Bungie is automatically tracking which weapons are being used and taking into account when a weapon looks to be used as a "go to" weapon by too many players, they start evaluating that weapon to determine if it's OP, or just a result of some bounty that's forcing most players to use it. And for those people who are crying about their supers, pick gear that ups your Intelligence. Your super will recharge much faster. Then you too can start participating in the party. This isn't COD. It's Destiny. It has "Space Magic", that is part of the game and consequently, part of the Crucible. -Peas

Armor is pretty much balanced among each class. Plus the only decent guns are TLW, IB, HM, suros, and invective (depending on whom you ask). What about the VoC or that silly uncommon shotty that has insane range. And they are all pretty useless in Pve anyway.

I only run with 30 light or vanguard gear. The factions are pointless. But if they made PvP or at least a playlist with 4v4 skirmish, control, and salvage all with revive and could only play with vendor/faction gear it would be way more balanced than the bs we are getting now in crucible.

1 返信I agree. A hardcore mode or version of each of the current playlists. No Radar, No supers, No exotics. Damage increase x10 or a regen decreased by 20%. Along those lines also. A small map 3v3 clash. common level handgun and melee hardcore mode. That could be quite interesting and fun. and bump

5 通の返信There's no need to nerf weapons or stop using exotics, they just need to fix how accurate assault rifles are and stop putting so much special ammo into the pvp. It's utter chaos at the moment nothing compared to halo 1, 2 or 3 it's more like COD

However, many people have been asking for a 'Classic' mode with no supers. So maybe throw in no exotics as well and people would be happy. Personally, I think $500 million should have bought us more than [b]four [/b]PvP game modes... and 1 that randomly comes and goes. The more game modes the merrier imo.
