Personally I won't take a 30 from IB with me on a hard raid if he had only done the raid like once. If he had a lot of raid clears then that's fine the stuff just didn't drop for him, but I don't want a 30 that doesn't know what he's doing

saying he dosent know what his doing is a bit disrespectful to those who havent found a team to do hard with yet finished normal a few times its not that different couple extra gorgons and you get detained when teleports happen wow

And hard is insanely hard for a 29. When I was a 29 it was really hard for me to find a hard raid team because 29's can't do enough damage. I will take 29's with me on the hard raid because I know how it feels to not be able to find a team but doing the hard raid with all 29's is just too hard
