That's the big problem

yea it's definitely tough finding a team that knows what they're doing & willing to teach fresh hard raiders. you just gotta advertise yourself. idk how it is for other teams, but the teams ive worked with prefer maxed out weapons and armor . a maxed icebreaker is a huge plus. void weapons and all raid weapons are a huge plus as well (maxed of course) and please if you do make it into a team, do not pick up the relic if a 30 ported with you! good luck raiding lol
