The exact definition of baby and human has been the subject of debate for some time. It comes up quite often in the case of abortion. Personally, I like the definition of "Able to survive outside of the womb (with or without medical assistance)". That's what is currently employed in the case of allowing an abortion, in any case. Perhaps that's offtopic, so back to the rather hypothetical situation you have here. Hypotheticals like the one you present are commonly used arguments by pro-life persons. It's reasonable, but also ignores any births that might happen at a later date by this woman having an abortion. "Soon" is also a poor choice of words, as it would be a minimum of 15 years after birth before this child could reasonably reproduce. Another 3 years for social acceptability, and that says nothing about the possibility of that child dieing or mating later in life. Hypothetically, someone might benefit from that person not existing. We don't know what could happen, and therefore it's not a factual argument. First, what you're describing doesn't even apply to most premeditated murders. Second, that has no relation to abortion performed by doctors, in clinics (where these things take place). That procedure goes more like this (based of of memory): The woman enters the clinic voluntarily for an appointment she scheduled. She is prepped for the procedure and given an anesthesia. The doctor then uses a needle to inject a toxin into the fetus, which causes it to die (without harm to the woman). The fetus is then removed through the uterus. The woman is given painkillers and sent home. Pains in the local area are common for a day or two afterwards.
