I love energies...and shards... I dunno why people don't see the benefit of these...

lol yeah but the raid usually gives you at least 10 no matter what so they just continue to pile up. I have 150+ of each and can't spend them fast enough. Already have 3 level 30 characters. Don't need shards for anything...:P
