Do you actually understand us Brits when your in a fireteam?
Every fireteam i've been in has only been with yanks, but they all understand me, even though sometimes I think some words sound alien to them.
I dont know, im bored at work
What stories do you fellow gamers have with this?

tbh sometimes I can't understand a word british people are saying. [spoiler]Sorry guys D:[/spoiler] Its either my sound isn't up high enough to tell what they are saying, or their accent is just to thick, or my brain has a fart and can't comprehend words

Well, I've actually played minecraft, and spoken to many people from England, so I definitely have a pretty good understanding of the terms that are used. I mean, it wasn't too difficult to figure out wgat my friends were saying without being told anyways, but that might just be because I study different cultures and speaking mannerisms for a hobby.

Dude I never have a problem understanding Brits. I grew up with shows like Monty Python's Flying Circus, Red Dwarf, keeping up appearances, Fawlty Towers, and now I have moved on into IT Crowd, Mighty Boosh, snuff box, peep show, the list goes on . So no I really don't have a hard time understanding you I'm even keen on some of your slang and in fact for the record Carl Pilkington is amazing.

8 通の返信I have noticed that the big C word is pretty common with my Aussie mates. It's taboo here so it just kinda sticks out. Even funnier is when it's a bloody C. Lol

5 通の返信I've actually been pretty impressed with the European Destiny folks in general. Language barrier only seems to be kicking in when they talk really soft. But ill be darned if they haven't been the best teams I've run with.
