Right, the same people that want to be able to skip cutscenes would stop playing Destiny to go play Menu Quest - Sci-Fi Sex Quests

Nothing truly against Mass Effect. I just don't think people into "gameplay" that are enjoying Destiny will be migrating over to Mass Effect because it has "story". Some people just enjoy "gameplay" and only changes they want in Destiny is being able to skip the cutscenes, and have no unnecessary loading or trips to the tower just to pick up bounties or change gear in vault or check their rep levels.

cusmanにより編集済み: 11/9/2014 1:59:01 PMMajority of Destiny players are busy playing, and never bother with these forums. No game that has come out since Destiny has really pulled anyone away from Destiny (that I play with) for longer than a week or weekend. I think Shadow of Mordor had the longest pull of the bunch so far. Anybody that adds their voice and says, ya I'll leave Destiny when x-game comes, clearly still playing Destiny while 1,000,000's of other games exist. Bottom line, it is a fun game to play, so I don't see why any other game (especially re-release / port like Mass Effect trilogy) will draw anyone away (in significant numbers). Even if it draws them away, how long will the other game keep them before they return to it.

7 million copies sold to date. The 9.5 registered users number doesn't make sense to begin with, but maybe they are counting the additional characters some users create? Or is it console + game being used by multiple users in same household? In any case, averaging 3.2 million players per day makes it most played console game at the moment. Stop trying to troll on this game and go play something you enjoy.

DesticularCancerにより編集済み: 11/9/2014 2:49:22 PMThey don't include console bundles in the figure which is where the extras are coming from and the 3.2 is an average number which is skewed because of extra log ins on Tuesdays for updates people don't play again after Wednesday so the numbers are actually lower. Edit: over 4 consoles this is under 875,00 users per console.

I have 50+ people in my friend list playing the game regularly. At any part of any day that I go on, there is at least 5 other people playing. That is the only number that matters to me. 875,000 people playing a game regularly nearly 2-months past launch still makes it one of the most played game on that console.

As far as I can tell, you have never played the game, nor do you care to, yet you want to spend your time on the forums trying to Troll Destiny players. Most every game that releases gets played a bunch when it first comes out, and then people move on to other games. The fact that about 3.2 million people are still regularly playing the game is pretty substantial. I bought Mass Effect. Maybe played it 1 time, and on the shelf it went. Same for the sequel and three-quel. Doesn't mean the game sucked. It just means I don't care for menu-quest blah blah games.

So you played 8-12 hours solo, not really enjoying the game as it is mainly designed for friends to play together and enjoy, and then moved on... except you stick around here to be a negative nancy. What is the point of you coming here to mention 8th gen console possible ports of old Mass Effect games that are mainly played single player?
