Depends on the browser. I haven't used Firefox or Internet Explorer in a long time, and never used any iOS browser. If you're on Chrome, the options menu is in the top right, and that's where you'll find the zoom option.

I tried that. The only page that's zoomed in is the forums here on bnet.
