THINGS I WOULD RATHER DO THAN PLAY DESTINY:
1.) Jam toothpicks under my toenails and drop kick bowling balls
2.) Jump off a really tall building and land on a bike with no seat
3.) Eat an entire bowl of my roomates scab collection instead of my usual morning cornflakes
4.) Slurp rancid tuna salad out of my own butthole
5.) Rub one out with a cheese grater in a wading pool of lemon juice and margarita salt
6.) Insert a glass rod into my d!ck and then smash it with a hammer
7.) Slide down razor wire crotch first
8.) Run naked backwards through a cornfield
anyone got anything else they would like to add?

It's much too small for my taste...and repetitive....but that's just me, I prefer games that pull you in with a great story and massive world to explore/a millions things to do. That's just me though, plenty of folks seem to like it.

well when you look at it really is a large game it does not have to start out large because it can be infinitely expanded they do that as a marketing technique to entice you into buying the dlc and to cut down on original game cost but where as cod and others once it's out its not going do get any bigger where as destiny has planets and room in the tower to get bigger they made this game for maximum expansion and profit it could start out small but has the ability to get 20 million times bigger unlike other games they are going slow but believe me there will be alot more and my guess is that they did not expect people to play as hardcore as they did and be lvl 30 in a week and beat the vault of glass which was made for 6 lvl 30s to beat in like 7 hours then in very little time 2 people beating it in 30 min my guess is they expected people to not play 24 hours a day for a week i got it 2 weeks after it came out and i am lvl 25

If they failed to understand that people play video games lots, then they simply underestimated the market. A foolish move considering people have been playing video games an absurd amount since atari. As for the idea that the game is small now so it can get bigger later. I have seen what the first few DLC's have to offer and no thank you. The amount it grows by every single DLC is tiny. No thank you. The next game i will love will get it right like skyrim did. Sure there were things wrong with the game(there always is, because perfection is impossible)but it was so amazing and vast that you barely noticed. hundreds if not thousands of gameplay hours into that game and it's still fun. destiny got old after about 3-6 runs through the vault of glass, the rest is pretty sub par. Its repetitive and vapid. 4/10 =)™

skyrim is awesome but even it does not have the add on capability of destiny and skyrim was awesome but for destiny they are using a marketing technique and want you to be bored with the game then boom! bring you right back in with a dlc but other than that i agree with you. 7/10 :)
