Remember how you could report people for griefing the loot cave? Because by doing so, it was disrupting other players' gaming experience. This is no different. If I am enjoying a game of Tower soccer with my friends and some asshat level 30 comes along and kicks the ball off the edge, that's equivalent to the big kid stealing your ball and throwing it into the grumpy old man's yard. Not only is this harassment and disrupting my playing experience, but it is also bullying. I trust Bungie will make the right decision.
