man they -blam!-ed us again i'm usually not 1 to complain but we the ps3 user and xbox 360 users will no longer be getting dlc, or night falls, and no more agent of the nine xur, what the -blam!- bungie. i have been looking up in the law book i currently own and i've read every thing i agreed upon with destiny on the agreement and condition i have the season pass for destiny it says i will get every dlc that's comes out for this game which i'm not getting rise of iron or any after that so therefor i am contacting my lawyer about this, bungie is cheating us out of season pass i will sue do to false advertising, larceny and fraud, i bought the season pass to get all dlc's i'm not getting them so they have stolen my money, false advertised about season pass, and i was deceived into buying the dlc's from the consumer so i will take action if i lose i lose but i will state a point. now if destiny wants to give us the dlc's they promised and hold up there end of the bargain i will not go threw with it but if they don't fix it buy the time next dlc's comes out i'm suing, and it will not be pretty

Definitely frivolous. Any bachelors-level course in licensing will show you why. Basically, it doesn't matter what bungie put on the disc, you paid for the license to play [i]x[/i] part of it. Additionally frivolous because Bungie is doing something sorta new here. It's not exactly subscription based, and it doesn't appear to be a traditional big bang upgrade between releases. Not so far, anyway, though that can change as soon as HOW. Remember, we're 3% of the way into a purported 10-year plan. If something is truly that far reaching and wants to be sustainable (and anyone working for a tech company will tell you this) then it is of the highest complexity in terms of development, planning, infrastructure, testing, economies, story boarding, and more. So, Bungie may have allegedly "promised a lot" (and really, [i]good luck proving that during discover[/i]y) but they did it under the umbrella of a franchise, not one release. If this angers you, then fine, I respect that, but I also say it's an incomplete point of view. Frankly, what we have today in Destiny excites the hell out of me, especially in terms of what it means for the future. Destiny is going to be a very different game 2, 5, and 10 years from now. If you don't see the appeal in that (or the necessity for Bungie to earn income to make all that happen), then, well, sorry for your loss, I guess.
