One Friday you log into destiny. An Update came out. Once you get in your ship you receive a notice from the game informing you the Speaker requests your presence. You go to him, and he gives you a mission. Speaker: "This matter is of the utmost importance guardian. Your ghost has the Missions Briefing, head to Mars and he will Decrypt your objective." You hop in your ship, and see an exclamation point on Mars. It's a mission called (Find the last Warmind). On the flight to the mission, the Ghost plays the transmission. Speaker: "Guardians, we may have located the last Warmind, Rasputin. We need you to investigate. The Cabal have found it's location, obtain it from them and seek him out." You spawn in, and are told to head to a location. You head there, fighting along the way. The location is deep in a Cabal base. You fight your way to the terminal, and defend your Ghost while he Hacks the information. Once obtained, you are directed to go deep within the buried city. So off you go, fighting your way through the city to a deep dark building.You end up in a large room with many servers. You fight many enemies, ending with an Ultra Centurion. Before he dies, he say's "You know not what you do..." Once the enemies are cleared your ghost hacks a server and makes contact with Rasputin. Rasputin: "Why do you bother me little light?" Ghost: "We are here to rescue you from the cabal! They were about to hack into your network!" Rasputin: "Save me? Your efforts are wasted. I AM the Cabal. I am their Leader." Guardian: "What?!? Then why are they fighting us? I see them fighting the Vex! Do they work for the Light?" Rasputin: "The Light? What makes you think this Light you fight for is Benevolent? We fight the Darkness, the Vex, and Guardians, the undead army of the Traveler." Guardian: "But those who fight with the traveler fight for the light! The Traveler is Light!" Rasputin: "Evil hides better in the Light then in the Darkness, little one. Now leave this place, before I decide not to spare your life. Return to me once you learn the Truth." Guardian: "I shall do that." Ghost: "I don't think I like where this is going....." The purpose of this post is apparent in the poll. I also like writing. I free wrote this, so it's not perfect.
