Atheon baby bumpers ASAP pls Bungie!!
I personally can't wait for them to patch Atheon with his baby bumpers. Earlier today I started a new Raid, got to Atheon and then no one wants to do him properly and all want to glitch him. I back out and posted for another team to do it properly, no response.
Used my 2nd character and joined a friends Raid @ Gorgon Maze, gets to Atheon and I'm the only Warlock in party and they start asking to glitch again as 'it's too hard to do it normally' wtf?
So I've backed out of that game too and now have two Atheon checkpoints....
I admit to doing the glitch the first time after spending about 7 hours with our new party and it getting to Monday night and was about to reset so I done him solo with two grenades. Got Atheons Epilogue but it took the shine away from the effort put in earlier.
Want to do him the right way now as we are all going to have to sooner or later.....

16 通の返信The exploit has finished this tier of raiding, im watching the trophy percentage grow every night, It was like .03 % before they exploit was made public over 1.5% now. All you can hope fore is that that they learn for future raids

I think it's funny on destinylfg.com there were multiple LEVEL 30 characters asking for someone to cheese atheon for them...ON NORMAL! Honestly idc if they cheese him or not but this guy was a level 30 wanting to cheese normal this is truly sad...

I enjoy doing it legit and welcome groups that want to do it legit. I am usually in the same boat as you and end up with people that want to push, so I do it for them. I'm not gonna waste my time by backing out and looking for another group.

well, if out of so many times you did it you did it once i would not bother; you did it just in a different way; from that logic, also knowing that the three furthest away are going to be teletrasported would have to be called a glitch ...

I see both sides. I'll be honest in saying I'd rather not waste my time doing it legit if I don't have to. The first 10+ times I ran the VoG we did it legit. Now we just push them off. The VoG lost it's "fun" after about the 15th time or so. I'd rather spend as little amount of time in there as possible. I do have to say, once it's fixed you'll see a lot less people actually completing the VoG on hard. Wish it had been done originally. You'd see a whole lot less level 30s and Vex running around.

2 通の返信While I'm at it, checkpoint sharing needs sorting too. Should only work with the fireteam that you started it with (wasn't this how it was originally intended?) Amount of lazy arse gamers that post requests to join at Atheon checkpoint, so their Raid lasts just a few minutes if pushing him off. You want Raid rewards, then play the -blam!-ing thing.

1 返信You wanna know what ends up grinding my gears? When we do a whole raid, all legit, get to Atheon, no problem, and someone "heard" you can can push Atheon off. So, we spend an hour trying, cause no one has the technique down except for, "I saw my friend do it last night," only to have me suggest we do it the right way and we finish in ten minutes. Seriously, pushing can be so detrimental. I don't mind if someone wants to push and they've done it already, but I seem to be finding more and more groups that just saw a video of a push and think it's that easy. Seriously, legit is so much faster in 9 out of 10 of those situations.

You should be happy for people that they can get their hands on a rare gun and have a decent chance to level up to 30, instead you are claiming as though you are representative of some secret elite bunch of Destiny gods. Read your post's title and ask yourself what it costs YOU for others to achieve the end battle victory with no fuss? You are so sad to whinge like a pathetic little moron, but I guess you trolls get lonely under your bridges when the goats don't come-a-calling right?

2 通の返信10/10. This needs to be fixed immediately. I see kids running around with a mythoclast that have only gibbed Atheon with a warlock and never even stepped foot into a real hard mode fight!

4 通の返信Agreed... But after you beat it on hard legit, who cares if you glitch. If you have a problem with glinching after you beat Atheon legit, you're honestly crazy and good luck finding 5 other people who want to spend 40 mins beating him when they can do it in 2 minutes.
