For those of you that have completed the nightfall, what were your rewards?
For those who haven't, what would you like to get?
I also have a question: How long did it take you? I assume it won't take long but I haven't completed it yet.
Thanks for your input!

17 通の返信Did the nightfall on two characters, got strange coins on both. No, I'm not confusing the nightfall with the weekly heroic, though I almost wish I were. I'm at 65 strange coins right now, still yet to do the weekly heroic on one of my toons. My only hope for gear this week is Xur, the controversial arms dealer inside the tower. I can only imagine going there, having other guardians point at me as I go and acquire my possible loot for the week. I assume they'll be frustrated that I did not 'earn' my loot, but I'll never be certain, since they are all mute. As I approach my savior from RNGesus, the other guardians stop kicking their void ball and form a wall to prevent me from getting to Xur. Alas, their efforts are in vein as I phase right through them. Xur speaks, and shows me his inventory for the week, as if the other guardians that are protesting are not even there. I select the items that I desire with my heap of coins, which Xur uses as currency on his home planet to feed his family. I wave farewell to Xur as I go to pick up my daily bounties, and prepare for what is to come later on, once I enter the crucible. As the guardians line up and pick sides, they notice that I have a weapon, the same weapon they do, but it's new... Finally coming to the rage inducing conclusion that I had purchased my weapon from Xur, my fellow guardians on the opposing team scoff at how I have achieved my "welfare exotic" through means other than relying on RNGesus, their savior... The crucible match was like many others, except one small thing, many guardians were using the same exotic weapon, the one Xur had been as to so kind to sell to me. The match played out, just like it always does. Guardians waiting for heavy ammo, using their special abilities to clear out entire rooms. It was magnificent... Until the match ended and we were sent up to orbit... Guardians took to their keypads and began sending messages to all the people using xur's weapon of the week. They were accusing the other guardians of not being able to rightfully earn their gear, all the while they had accomplished the same feats of strength as one another. The only difference, RNGesus had begun to play favorites. The guardians that were thriving from RNG decided that if the tower was going to spoon feed exotic items to those who could not earn it, then they would find a new home. The guardians did not cast away their light, but split into a new faction known as "earners". They fight outside the tower, and have their own visions of what the future holds, like all other factions. The only difference is, they have no vendor. The guardians whom were supporting Xur with their purchases became fewer and fewer, as the earners faction grew in numbers, and the lack of strange coins had pushed Xur out of the tower, in search of other means to feed his family back at home. The guardians back at the tower notice the lack of xur's presence, and with their hard earned scraps of RNGesus's glory. they endlessly search the tower, the sound of a week's worth of coins of all guardians clanking as they sprinted towards where they had hoped Xur would be, but he never showed up. Meanwhile, the guardians with appropriate means for fighting back the darkness grows smaller, as there is now no alternative to scoring favor with RNGesus to obtain gear. As the darkness approaches to finish what it started all those years ago, guardians from all walks gathered to make their stand. The darkness had grown too strong and soon the entire tower was consumed. All that could be heard as the guardians were losing ground was the sound of strange coins clinking in their bags. Earth's final city has been consumed and the traveler succumbs to the darkness.

Beat it on 2 of my accounts. 29 warlock received the crusader 1 a legendary scout rifle. This run took me about 25 min tops. 25 hunter received the patience and time an exotic sniper rifle. This run took a little longer because of my low level. Probably 30 to 35 min

2 通の返信Got a Plan C Fusion Rifle this week. I like it. A lot. I'm considering putting my Vex Mythoclast and Suros Regime on the back burner in place of a legendary so the Plan C can get some time to shine.

Last time I got 5 Ascendant Energy. This time I got Hard Light exotic auto rifle. If you have a good team it can take roughly an hour or less to do. Make sure you have an least 1 Warlock Sunsinger capable of self-resurrection on your team. It makes things go slightly easier when you don't have to worry about being kicked to the beginning if all of you get killed by a lucky shot.
