Bungie Devs won't play Destiny

So this week's Bungie Bounty, the event that has allowed the community to face off against the creators, has now been placed on... a member of the community. http://www.bungie.net/7_Bungie-Bounty---Iron-Banner/en/News/News?aid=12269 When a prominent member of the fanbase and community called out the bounties for taking place at difficult times, Bungie decided to correct that mistake, by making it fair for everyone and not letting anyone play them. In Deej's word's:
That’s when the idea emerged. Why not place a Bungie Bounty on the heads of the community? That way, we can cover more ground and play anytime we want. After all, the sun never sets on the Destiny Community. Thus, the Hunter becomes the prey.
So Bungie is covering more ground... by covering none at all. Why wouldn't they want to play their own game? Perhaps Bungie has just lost the desire to play, so I've compiled a list of activities that might help them reignite their desire to play this game: - go play 25 strikes. You'll earn a guaranteed exotic weapon, and as a bonus, since there's only 5 strike missions, you'll become extremely familiar with every rock, puddle, and cave, making you a more efficient killer when you need to run the strike again as a nightfall or weekly heroic. + Bonus!, the story behind these strikes is so compelling, you won't mind playing those strikes another 10 or 15 times each week to level up that exotic gun you earned! - Maybe you guys are just feeling like you've mastered the PvE game, and need a bigger challenge. This week you can play the Iron Banner. The level 4 Guardian's in the Iron Banner are really tough. Better pack your best armor and weapons, you'll need them - Try out the Vault of Glass! Just make sure to bring 5 friends, because there's no matchmaking. As adults, getting 6 friends together for a few hours shouldn't be a problem. Heck, we only need 6 adults for our weekly volleyball game, and if we line up 3 or 4 subs a few hours before the game, we rarely have to forfeit. If your friends are in college, it's even better, they're always looking for things to do in the evenings, or instead of class. - Go check out the Vanguard Outfitter and spend some time customizing your Guardian. Her stock refreshes every day or so. Can't wait to see what shader's she'll bring me tomorrow! - Go read your Grimoire! It's full of mystery! Everyone loves a good mystery! - Go hang out on patrol or in the tower. I've had a lot of fun meeting and interacting with many a fellow Guardian. It's a real social experience. Be Forewarned, there's no ability to voice chat with these guardians, so communications are basically limited to pointing at the intended Guardian and Tea-bagging him or Serving him with your sweet dance moves. - Go participate in public events. There's a chance you'll randomly earn a small bit of the loot you need to level up. We know you forgot the times these were programmed to start since there's no in game help finding these events, but the community has come through for you at destinypublicevents.com - go farming for natural resources. Knowing that very same terrain well will be handy when the new DLC comes out. Remember Bugie team, there's always a reason to go back and explore. Something new to see and experience. Please rejoin the ranks of those playing. Without your Guardians to help snuff out the light, something bad could happen. The speaker drills that into me after every time I kill Riksis (edit). If a man with a history like the speaker bothers to repeat something 2 or 3 times a day, you just gotta have faith.
