Every day I play destiny I always see a flood of (in my opinion) generic hunters and a few warlocks scattered around and MAYBE if I'm lucky I'd come across a Titan. I just feel like titans are unpopular even though their subclass (the defender) is a great support class but you have to find a Titan first. I have to thank any titans out there for being there when the team needed support or a damage dealer.I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter too.
this is just my OPINION

Yeah, Titans are dwindling, but can you blame us? We are underpowered in the crucible and there is lots of loot to be made in tiger strikes
I couldn't have said it better Lo pans Ramen

Titans are not going anywhere, granted were slower to shift about in crucible but when its a raid or strike going down, you all know you need us. Yeah you may prance about looking ally as phuk but its me, shield up, force barrier on standing firm gunning sheet outta stuff with Super Good Advice. A dab hand with the sniper rifle too. Its all about the right mix of team for the job. Every strike i do with my pals is like Oceans 11 or The Italian Job....

1 返信We lack raw stats and scrape by with a tiny bit of extra armor, we lack agility, our grenades are subpar and our supers comprise of a suicide Nova bomb, or a bubble primed for blade dancers or a Nova bomb. In a sense we have to rely more on hit and run tactics and honestly have focused on recovery due to being unable to tell how much I can tank before I'm suddenly just dead. Our defender subclass is literally the only thing keeping me as a Titan because without it, I would opt for a hunters throwing knife for a melee, and or a Warlock for the Nova bomb. Titans are literally waiting to be slaughtered but we take one extra bullet in some cases.

I just started another Titan so I can run the weekly heroic, nightfall, and raid twice a week. I just need to get him to 20 and I'll switch the gear and I'll have an equally powerful alt. I really enjoy playing the Titan.

1 返信Problem is not titans being under powered, they are quite powerful. They have some nice moves like shoulder charge, they just require a certain amount of finesse to utilize them. I picked hunter when i started because im usually drawn to the stealth class type characters and i viewed titan as the "kid" class. Kid class is the one all the 7-15 year old boys are drawn to because it looks big and powerful. To all the "kids" dismay titan is not the easiest to get the most mileage out of in pve or pvp you have to have skills to make it work not just mash buttons. They want to mash the Staples easy button and have purples and exotics rain down on them while at the same time capping both vanguard and crucible marks. Since this hasnt happened all the "kid" titans have either changed classes or quit the game. Just my .02

I'll never stop playing my Titan! Nothing like hulk smashing a group of mobs, or putting that shield up for tight situations. I love how titan has a offensive and defensive sub. And making people mad with titans "super op" fists of havoc and shoulder charge =D

5 通の返信huh. well hunters are the class of choice for really bad crucible players. then there is the consideration that the perfect raid team is 5 sunsingers, 1 titan with weapons of light. well..perfect assuming you want to do hard as fast as humanly possible. (and yeah golden gun blows donkey nuts compared to self revive with massive grenade spam and overshield from any melee, suck it hunters with your broken pvp super). a 6 titan team would be..horrible. why they didn't give the bubble a reflect damage or "spawns heavy ammo when hit" or just let you shoot out of the bubble..i will never know.

I'm having an identity crisis, I love my warlock which is all I played in alpha and beta.. Now that I've leveled a defender titan I can decide which to play.. Anyway, last night in the tower all I saw was titans..
