Apparently the best gun in the game according to the Iron Banner is the starting auto rifle you get. It has no perks but those are rather pointless. And it's pointless to increase the damage because when you go to lower level areas your damaged is nerfed. So... The starting rifle

Agreed. Shadow Price is your best bet. I baught it and I'm always first or second in crucible, eve in Iron Banner I can out shadow Price someone using a SUROS, but very rarely though. So that is your best bet.
