Would halo be the game it is today without Microsoft's marketing campaign? Probably not. I mean it's a great game but I think we have Microsoft to thank for making it a household name. Then after blowing halo up which essentially made bungie what it is today Microsoft allowed bungie to buy itself back and become an independent company again. Sounds like getting your cake and eating it to if you ask me. So I am wondering why you all haven't supported the Xbox like you do the playstation? Don't you all think you owe Microsoft a bit? It's a little bit messed up if you ask me. Why not exclusives for the Xbox? How about some master chief armor? A special mount or ship? What about the halo assault rife? I just would think you all would help Microsoft like they helped you all? The Xbox controller was pretty much designed for this game after all so we all know it plays better on the Xbox controller than the duel shock, which has the unfortunate problem of the duel shock joy sticks bumping together. Throw us Xbox people some exclusive love dang it! We supported you and now you all should support us.

1 返信dual shock joystick bumping together, ive owned the PS4 since launch and never had that happen lol. guess i could make up propaganda too, like xbox controllers have been linked to penis shrinkage. Halo clearly made xbox. If i didnt have halo when i purchased my original xbox i might have sold the POS after the 2nd time it was sent in for repair.

TheMonkeyLogicにより編集済み: 10/9/2014 6:50:12 PMThe decision for which console to get DLC or premium content first depends on the community for each respective console. In this case Destiny sold more units in the PS community meaning Playstation has the budget to support having content first. The same applies for CoD having content first on xbox. The real question is... Why did Bungie team up with Activision (Money scumbags)?

2 通の返信ChaosTheoryCraftにより編集済み: 10/9/2014 5:50:23 PMBungie could not break away from Microsoft fast enough. If Bungie was still in bed with Microsoft, Destiny would have never been made. They broke away so they could do what THEY want, not what Microsoft wants. You should be grateful that they broke free of Microsoft's velvet handcuffs. And if you want to blame anyone for the lack of exclusivity for Microsoft's platforms, blame Microsoft, not Bungie. They are a business first and foremost, business are in it to make money. Sony/Activision made them a compelling offer, and Microsoft could not (or would not) counter it.

Halo is possibly the number one (not only) reason people would get an Xbox over a playstation. Microsoft has Bungie to thank, and Bungie doesn't owe them any favors. They're an independent company who will make the deal that beast benefits the company and game. I'm an Xbox user, but saying that Bungie owes Xbox is ridiculous.

4 通の返信It's all about who pays the most big guy. Playstation saw that this game was going to be big and got in Bungie's wallet a lot faster. Microsoft actually didn't want anything to do with this game. They thought it was going to flop. Besides, Microsoft sucks. I hate them. And the whole controller thing is completely false. It has been proven time and time again that the PS4 controller is the best controller since ever. So blame Microsoft for not giving a hoot about you Xbox players. This has nothing to do with Bungie. Nothing is done without a price. I'm sure Sony paid a hefty sum for marketing rights and exclusive content.

1 返信First of all, you can debate that Halo made Xbox what it is today. this argument can go both ways Second, Bungie only agreed to make 3 halo games but M$ forced them to make more and eventually bungie got fed up and bought itself out of M$ so I guess someone should get his facts straight. Third, Activision and sony dished out alot of money so the ps gets timed exclusives and M$ has to wait. and you know what? deal with it, because this exclusivity bullcrap exist on both consoles and M$ has more exclusivity on multiplatform games. so by your standard all ps fanboys should come out and whine as well? So please stop your self-entitlement. bungie helped M$ as much as M$ did to bungie if not more; and now lets all just forget about this silly exclusivity crap and move on

Microsoft shouldn't have made the weaker next gen console. Sony sold more units. More people playing on PS. That's where the potential money is, so that's where Bungie will go. Were you upset when 360 had all the special stuff and their logo at the end of every game commercial?

3 通の返信vagrant123により編集済み: 10/9/2014 3:33:04 PMOne, it's DUAL shock, moron. Two the thumb sticks have never touched each other. Please shut up and go beat yourself to death with an Xbox, do the world a favor. Also if you even have to ask about bad blood between Bungie and Microsoft you're not much of a "loyal supporter".

3 通の返信Oh my god. I will tell you why they did it. Sony outbid Microsoft for the exclusivity rights back when the next gen consoles were buying up developers to make games. Bungie/Activision already said it would be a multi-platform game, but they offered one console manufacturer the chance to get exclusives for their customers and Sony won the bid.

This is show business, not show friends! Or something like that. I've got both a PS and Xbox, have played Destiny on both and can say it definitely does not "play better" on either controller. You may play better on one controller over the other because you're a noob on the other system, but that's just you, not Destiny. Also... What on earth are you talking about dualshock joy sticks bumping together?? They're about an inch apart when you tilt them toward each other. Do you hold a controller in some "special" way that makes your thumbs touch or something? Again, that would just be you...
