I haven't been able to even try it yet. Timing is everything and as a guy who works 12 hour nightshifts my schedule don't line up well with the friends I have for online gaming. Trying to find 5 other people and complete a match is an absolute pain in the ass when it can EASILY be done with matchmaking. Look at Call Of Duty Extinction for instance... sure, there are a lot of dumbasses who play. But there are a lot of skilled people who know what they are doing as well and when you play with randoms you can win in a difficult setting based on teamwork and communication... WITH RANDOM PEOPLE. 90% of the people doing raids are coming on the forums and asking for random people to team up, or going on other websites and doing so, so why in the -blam!- do we not have a matchmaking option when virtually it's the same -blam!-ing thing, just less work!? There should be a matchmaking option for everything in the game. Strikes and Heroics as well. It seems everything rewarding in this game (Missions level 26 and higher, some even lower) that give you good items, you can't play alone and there is no matchmaking provided. Absolutely atrocious idea.
