500 void points at 5 points perkill? Really?
Seriously this is my second exotic bounty and i swear on my life its the most garbage one iv seen so far. Run the moon strike? Fine. 500 hive kills? No problem. Even killing xyor wouldnt be a problem. But noooooo this shit bounty wants 500 points of void damage witch im if im not mistaken at 5 points a peace is a 100 kills. Witch wouldnt be a problem under any other -blam!-ing circumstance. But whats the worst of it all? You loose points for dieing. Way to make this impossible for people who dont use special and heavy weapons all that often bungie! G -blam!-ing g. The least you could do is offer the allternative of 1000 points in pve so you dont -blam!- those who do suck at pvp.
Edit. So after what seemed like an eternity i completed it and now feel like an idiot. So ya thanks for those who game me advice and were supportive@

To be honest I'm not that great in crucible either but I did do void damage with void shotgun, void rocket launcher and as a void walker and I did it about 5 hours in control. Nova bomb a group capping a point is great way to get it

I didn't have the patience for it. So I ditched it. I got Invective though. Its PvP step actually isn't that hard. And I'm working on Bad Juju right now.

CoD has prepared us for this...CAMP! Lol. But seriously, get a Void Shotgun/Fusion Rifle and a Void Machine Gun or Rocket Launcher and camp near a Heavy Ammo Drop. Once you've picked up the drop, they other players will come at you for camping and that's when they regret that decision. Lol

It frustrated me at first too but it really is not that difficult. I used a void sniper and MG. I do not have a warlock myself but if it is anything like the titan, you should be able to rack up some points with voidwalker abilities.

12 通の返信As someone who just spent 3 hours with a team of level 28's to kill Xyor.....shut up....you shut the -blam!- up you stupid moron I hate the crucible and 500 void points took 4 days for me, only reason i got it is thanks to Hide and Seek 42, but Xyor, and the special version of the summoning pits that comes with him, is something else entirely.

Dismal Traumaにより編集済み: 10/7/2014 7:04:52 AMActually, the PVP portion is the easy part of the latter stages. Xyor will definitely kick your ass a lot worse than the crucible. PVP players can actually die. Hint: Just go positive every round, even if only by one kill. You'll get there.

I did it as my first exotic bounty, it wasnt very hard tbh. Just pick up PvP bountys and only PvP untill you finish that part if you can, you dont have to do it all in one sitting.. just dont join anything in PvE that you will die alot on because deaths anywhere reduce it slightly.. also assist give you some points im pretty sure if i recall correctly. But it it definately worth it when you fully upgrade it its awesome and alot of fun in PvP imo.

1 返信Killing xyor is a lot harder than the pvp part lol, n honestly thorn isn't even that good right now. I stored it been using the devil you know instead and I prefer it much more, but once thorn gets buffed who knows

2 通の返信Nemesisにより編集済み: 10/7/2014 5:18:09 AMthe only people that have my sympathy are hunters because titan and warlock melee and grenades count and even that is small because i was about 80 percent done when i finally got a void sniper and wrapped things up using only melee and grenade kills edit: option for pve seriously? pvp is more challenging and pve gets a prority in most aspects of the game you tired of dead bounties like salvage and combined arms(what a joke) no? well i am tired of your gear getting nerfed no? well i am oh whats that iron banner you mean i get to show the true power of my grinding fruition for a limited time well that sounds great
