I hear ya...but I think a 30 round clip defeats the purpose of the String of Curses upgrade (auto reload and damage boost after every kill). Now that I have this crucial upgrade, I actually really like using it for PvE. But this is only because 5 burst rounds is usually enough to kill a low to mid level enemy, giving me the opportunity to get an auto reload after each kill. But, when it comes to PvP, 5 burst shots is just not enough to kill a Guardian, so I NEVER get an auto reload unless I steal a kill. But, I do consistently get close. SO, I really think just one more burst shot would be enough to make this gun viable for PvP. And, I think it would be sweet if Bungie's took advantage of the 18 round clip and the 3 digit ammo display to spell out "666" (6+6+6=18) in order to further tie this gun back to Toland the Shattered's lore (who was known for delving heavily into dark magic or some sorts).
