What i dont get is this.
If you come across a door/area in the game and it wont open but you manage to get past by jumping a few times until it glitches you in....how is that a bannable offence?
If i jumped into an area that normally says "TURN BACK NOW" but it doesnt pop up and im able to walk far out in the map......im i to be banned?
The area is in the game and these glitches are what betas/test servers are for.
Also how would you know if the person thought it was a puzzle or not? Nothing there says "YOU CANT ENTER"
They should have put a "TURN BACK NOW" countdown in these "locked" areas.

No you don't get banned the person was modding and when he got caught with the ghost shell he blamed one of the dlc areas (which isn't proven to be a dlc area) and now everyone is freaking out, the guy who got banned.. it was only one person keep in mind, modded and got a ghost shell and got banned for it, had nothing to do with the dlc area.

this^ technically would be a ogod answer for it. If you just happen upon soemthing and fall into some deep dark crevice in a game get yourself out with the tools provided. If you can't do that ask bungie to remove you from that area so you aren't under suspicion for purposely trying to intrude into the currently locked zone. On the note of not have a turn back now countdown. I'm guessing it was for programming issues. Changing code post release isn't difficult but it's probably not something you want to have to deal with especially when the game a large physical barrier that generally prevents you from getting into the area. You'd think that'd be enough to deter players from getting in.
