I guess this is happening to more people, but I logged in today and found I have lost progress. Skills are unlearned, loot, bounties, etc, dissappeared, legendaries and exotics among them! The character has rolled back a few days. I have been playing the last few days and found a lot of connection errors involving several animals, including the dreaded centipede.
