Do all the classes have a way to get some sort of overshield? It feels like the warlock has the least survivability despite "fast regeneration"

Sunsinger has redonkulus survivability, melee can generate an overshield, and so can radiance. Pretty sure they're referenced as "take less damage", but in pvp, when those abilities go off, sunsingers get a blue bar atop their normal bars.
