This auto rifle nerf can't come soon enough.
Feel like I am the only one in most pvp matches not using an auto rifle. They are just so op right now, hence Bungie saying they getting a nerf. Took them long enough. Just waiting for all the players using auto rifles ad a crutch to stay raging.

4 通の返信I don't think that the auto rifle needs to be nerfed. But I do think that the scout rifle needs a small buff. It was amazing in the beta and everyone used both auto and scout rifles pretty evenly. I wish they would just return it back to the way it was in the beta honestly.

Would be great if one day there wouldn't be a bunch of kids butthurt over a weapion. I have seen countless games get completely ruined from nerfing all because some one got killed too much by said gun, Most of the time it is shotguns that people get butthurt about, That gets a nerf becomes completely useless then they cry and complain about the next thing they want nerfed. before you know it every thing is nerfed and said game becomes worthless. Look at the first major nerfing with old russia, You go on a patrol there and there is hardly any one to shoot all because people had to whine and cry about farming caves. Great you cry babies got your wish and now there is next to no one there, Before when on patrol you always had enimies to shoot along the way when doing missions not just the cave every one cried about. Look at it now hardly any one there. You will spend more time driving around then shooting. all cause people had to complain. Before you know it everything will be nerfed all cause said cry baby died too much.

2 通の返信I use auto rifles. When I face someone who knows how to use hand canons I get wrecked. Then shot guns, fusion rifles and blade dancers etc The list goes on. It isn't always the weapon, often it is how it is employed. Auto rifles do not work in every situation, but a good player will.

Then you'll look back and say we shouldn't have nerfed it....played crucible a bit...I've been killed by everything.....so let's make everything nerfed played... Or better yet....we will all play with water pistols...you get 100% stats on one gun to destroy us all

1 返信The issue is most people are trying to play Crucible in a run and gun CoD style. Halo and now destiny has always been about: Strategy Strafing Jumping When you go barging around the map, its not a surprise people get blasted. I crouch walk dang near all the time, just so I can catch all these horrible COD style run and gunners slipping.

1 返信I have a feeling that Bungie is paying more attention to game statistics than forum rage. If the numbers show the AR is over ranged, well then perhaps the AR is over ranged. Playing > Picketing

2 通の返信nothing needs nerfing ppl just need more skill and the ones that moan are usually the kids. i can kill ppl with a hand cannon even when they use auto rifle. the ones that moan just have no skill and end up moaning and making the game worse with all these nerfs and difficulty reducing on the story.

Auto rifles are fine how they are. This game is a different style of pvp. It's not the generic, run into middle of the map and all unload on each other. Engagements are more tactical and make you think. Pvp is balanced in my eyes.

7 通の返信Notice, the only people bitching about weapons are those that play pvp. The rest of us are fine with things as they are, all these nerfs will do is make pve content harder, and not everyone is super skilled and can take the VoG on the first try. Some people need that extra edge in pve. PVP will be the death of this game, I am sure.

1 返信Bout time? You realize this game has been out for less than a month, right? Honestly I'm shocked that we already have had two hot fixes, another to fix the loot system next week, and a weapon balance the week after if not sooner. That's a amazing turn around. Even for Bungie. I mean, stuff like this took months in Halo.
