Okay.. Let me start by saying I am a hardcore gamer. I spend 10 hours a day playing games, enjoying story lines and attempting to be the best I can. When this game was released I was super excited. I finally got a game on my console I could nerd out on and not have to worry about beating it in an hour. I recently heard they released a patch for the treasure cave. I have spent a few hours over there leveling up gear and collecting engrams but that's as far as that goes.. Seeing that disappear doesn't hurt my feelings. BUT Now i see there are no more dismantling gear for ascendant shards.... WHAT?! I set a goal for myself everyday when I hop on. Today that was to hit 27 (I was a few inches short when I logged on at 5 am). And now I am one ascendant shard short of my next upgrade and no -blam!-in way to get it. I've spent hours in crucible trying for one and many strikes farming it. I understand making it a bit harder after you've had a few maxed level characters. But wtf bungie. If you're going to screw us over at least give us a warning. I also have many a things to say Bout the crucible but that's for a different time. I want some answers on how IM supposed to catch up to my friends to do some nightfall strikes now? Hmm? Maybe there's another way I don't know of to get ascendant shards, if so please enlighten me.
