Spare a thought for us Brits
So I’m getting a little tired of all the comments I keep seeing like ‘ just paid 60$ for an unfinished game’ or ‘would you pay 60 bucks for an unfinished book’ Bla Bla Bla…. Etc .
Firstly – this games awesome. If you don’t like it then just don’t play it …. Put it on eBay or trade it in or whatever. Ok you spent money on something that wasn’t as good as you thought it would be. Unfortunately in life this does happen occasionally. I can guarantee you that it will happen to you again. It’s time to get over it. (do you complain every time you get a bigmac and it doesn’t look like the pictures ? )
Secondly – the game in the UK costs anything between £54.99 - £59.99 which is about 98$ with today’s conversion rates so think yourself lucky ! ( yes this is for the standard version )
Personally I love this game and I am really enjoying playing it, worth every penny and in my opinion there are not better Ps4 games out at this moment in time.
Of course there are a few things that could be changed to improve it but it’s still early days. *sings* Things can only get bettterrrrrrrr .

EDIT : just got a legendary auto rifle (vanquisher VIII) from a blue engram ... Must be good karma from all my positivity !!
Just hit 20 hours of gameplay And still loving it.!
EDIT 2.0 - so I'm now 20 hrs 30 mins in. Just got another blue engram and it turned into a purple handgun " the devil you know ". And it's sick.
This game rules. If you don't like it don't worry. Just think positive. It's only 89 days til christmas....

1 返信I'm Canadian. I paid $59.99plus tax for it. It's the second best game i have played that came out in the last 10 years (1 being bravery default). As a Canadian we know how stupid Americans really are, after all, who knows you better then the neighbor that doesn't like you? Anyway... Canadians don't complain much. If that it's from being laid back, or drunk it doesn't matter. This game rocks and if you don't like it, do as the man said, and sell it.

100% agree with you and speaking as a fellow Brit we moan less than others, which is probably a shock to some lol. I'm loving Destiny and Im on 360 version until my birthday in December. I have played it solo mainly as I came from PC but still digging the game and a great way to chill out after a hard days work.......something else us Brits know about and don't moan ;-)

Glad to know there are more people out there enjoying the game! My only complaint is that it's too addictive and I need to step away from it because of that thing called real life. I wasn't going to pick up a copy even though I played the beta. I was given a copy for my birthday. Long story short, it is possibly the best birthday present I have ever received. You're right, people need to be more positive. Like attracts like.

I bought my PS4 with Destiny from amazon for £320 (later the prices went up to £340) I saw it on EBay new for £309 (same thing) Assuming the console is still worth roughly £300 I got the game for £20 But i will split the diffrence £290 console £30 game Good value really since its already taken up around 60 hours of my life. With plenty more to loose

1 返信I'm a brit, I paid £40 from Amazon I currently have a 27 Titan and a 25 Warlock. If I stopped playing today I think I got my money's worth already. How much do people really expect to get for their money? Seriously.

1 返信I paid 60 dollars for a game that felt totally gutted and unfinished. I have every right as a consumer to feel this way. Regardless of how you feel, Bungie no longer has the clout it used to in this industry.
