look at it this way, it basically means you can shoot less and get more damage. unless it's lowering the fire rate to a scout rifle's it's an improvement. now if you're doing less damage than a scout rifle and firing slower than wtf are you using it for

It's actually useful... For me atleast it makes the odds more in my favor even if the enemy started firing at me chances are I might win because the recoil is very workable and it's very accurate! And the impact hurts like a bitch... I guess it depends on the AR itself...I'm not sure because the AR I have is the only one that I've had that has that upgrade

1 返信If you fire from the hip it has the original rate of fire only when aiming its slows down. Making it very good up close and from range

It doesn't change the dps of the weapon at all. It makes it shoot half as fast but each bullet does twice the damage. It makes it easier to head shot and saves bullets (which obviously is never a problem in crucible). It's absolutely my favorite upgrade/perk for any weapon in the whole game. Only other upgrades that are decent for weapons is precision kills exploding, or each bullet exploding for minor AoE damage. Both of which i see on scout rifles occasionally.

Shes Only 18 により編集済み: 9/24/2014 8:06:38 AMIn my experience it's great in pve, however since my accuracy isn't 100% it makes people out-gun me in crucible. @Edonidd; dps considering the double damage would apply to constant hit rate, if you're not very accurate then slower rate of fire could get you killed in a surprise gunfight.

Depends if you're a spray guy or a more precision shot, the slower rate of fire allows you to adjust your aim a little more. You just get use to maneuvering left right forward and back to like you shot up with their head. The extra split second and harder hit will give you much gain. It's like switching from auto to scout just by aim but the rate if fire is still a little faster but you still get that extra punch, keeps them staggering
