What area/isp do you have? If you have nts I made a forum to gather everyone in one spot. If not, you can go and read how many people are having the same problems as you. We all got unlucky on this one.

Yeah bro i got "Cattle" today Sept. 22 6am and it been going all day. I live in the Panhandle as well and i have NTS. I have tried all the fixes as well and so close to just slamming my Halo 4 edition xbox and just rage quitting xbox all together.
