So to counter others exploiting spawn mechanics to farm engrams, you're exploiting spawn mechanics to prevent farming engrams?
...truly you have a dizzying intellect...
You want to be a cave troll? By all means. Park your ass in a cave and do nothing while I go enjoy one of my many farming spots that I personally know of across every planet in the solar system.

"Beat the game"? I don't think you understand how Destiny works my friend. You don't beat Destiny. You may finish story mode, but you don't beat the game. Now if your sporting fully upgraded legendaries, have both your sub classes maxed, have cleared the Vault of Glass, gotten over Rank 3 in each Faction (FWC, New Monarchy, Dead Orbit, Vanguard, and Crucible), done every strike, found and revived every dead ghost, found every gold loot box on each planet, found and beaten all the hidden Ultras, and maxed out your Grimoire, [b]THEN[/b] maybe you've gotten as close as it gets to "beating" the game as it gets in Destiny. Anyone who did that in 2 days deserves applause. Yet even still there's more to do like expanding your list of exotics, doing daily, weekly, and monthly events, and then there's an upcoming expansion in Novemberish. It's deliberately an open ended game, of which it is impossible to "beat". The story mode is a tiny fraction of what there is to do in Destiny.

Yes I preordered the expansions. The point I'm making is we don't just magically get engrams, we have to grind them for hours.
