You don't wanna TL;DR, and I'm too tired to read. So I'm gonna say yes; there are things that can be said which warrant an ass-kicking. Words can say more than actions.
Words can say more than actions.
At the end of the day, words are just that. Words. Strange sounds that we humans make and give significant or insignificant - often ambiguously vague - meanings to...

Yes, yes. Speech isn't part of evolution, improvisation, blah, blah, blah. Under the right circumstances, words can be powerful. Especially as us monkeys have learned to make sense out of them. If you want an example... well, I don't know you, so I'll make one up. Say your mother had three different types of cancer, one of which being cancer of the mouth. Then say your close and personal friend continuously implied that she got cancer from sucking too much janky dick, and that the world wouldn't miss another dead skank, and so on and so forth and et cetera and all that. At that point, given inborn sociopathic tendencies common of all human beings, a bloody nose at the bery least would be called for.

Simply saying that it is justified, called for or that the person deserves it, doesn't explain how or why... That's the thing that some of you aren't getting...

Upperclass Bumにより編集済み: 9/18/2014 3:41:41 AM
Neither are you.
In what context are you saying this? If it's in reference to me saying you're not getting my point, I'd like to know what point I myself am supposedly not getting... As it stands, no valid point is being made by anyone that is just saying "Herp derp, they deserve it, 'cause they deserve it."
Frankly, I'm getting the impression that either you had an extremely sheltered childhood or you're a monk.
Your impression is dead wrong. My childhood was far from sheltered and I'm not a pacifist. I've simply come to the realization that meeting words with physical violence is as stupid as stupid gets... Since this is pretty much going nowhere, I'm just going to agree to disagree and not continue with you any further. Good day/night.
